Ingredients

	lobster tails
	butter, melted


Instructions


Fill a pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil and fit the top of the pot with a steam chamber or steam basket, or use a colander.


Place lobster tails in upper part of double boiler. Cover with lid.


Steam lobster tails for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the steamer and rinse with cold water.




Serving Suggestions

Serve with melted butter.
