Place oats in a food processor; pulse 5 to 6 times until oats resmble coarse meal and place in
large bowl. Add flours through salt to oats in bowl; stir well with a whisk. Make a well in
center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, oil, rind, and eggs in small bowl and stir well with
whisk. Add flour mixture with stirring until moist.Toss berries with 2 tbs of flour, and gently
fold them into batter.
