1 pkg ( 4 serving sizes) Jell-o lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cup whipped topping, divided
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup raspberries
Instructions
Beat cream cheese, milk, dry pudding mix and lemon peel in large bowl with whisk until well
blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spoon into crust, top with remaining cup of
whipped topping.
Refrigerate 4 hrs or until firm. Top with raspberries just befoer serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
