In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking
powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in the oats, cereal and coconut.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking
sheets. Bake at 350° for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks. Yield- 7-1/2 dozen.
