Instructions |

In a medium sized bowl, combine potatoes, eggg, sour cream, and cotage cheese and mix.

Spoon potato mixture into a casserole dish.

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with Crispy Onions and bake for another 10 minutes.
