     Pat's Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 large can mandarin oranges drained - save liquid
1 - 3oz package instant vanilla pudding
1 large can sweetened crushed pineapple with liquid
8 ounce container cool whip

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9x13 cake pan. Beat cake mix with eggs, oil and liquid for 2 minutes. Stir in oranges. Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Place on rack to cool. Remove from pan after 10 minutes if desired. Chill completely before frosting.
Frosting- Mix instant pudding and crushed pineapple together. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
(cake can be frozen)
