20 oz of frozen broccoli or whatever veggies you have around, frozen or fresh
3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbs margarine
1 1/2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use light or soy=based nayonaise)
1/2 cup pareve milk (I use Enriched Vanilla Rice Dream)
Instructions
Thaw out shells by placing each one on a muffin hole on a muffin pan. About 1/2 hour later, they are thawed and you can take your thumbs and press them into a shell in the hole.
While shells are thawing, thaw out veggies and drain. Add all other ingredients.
Scoop into shells.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, when shell is golden as well as the top and the shell can come out easily.
