|
Add pasts to salted boiling water, cook as recommended.
|

|
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. (reserve parm and a small handful of spinach leaves to top with)
Blend
|
|
|
Add to cooked pasta - may need to add a little reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
|
|
|
Chop reserved handful of spinach and top with pasta. Srinkle with parm and serve.
