     Baked Cheese Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, about 1 lb, Steamed whole
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Preheat oven 400 F Place steamy head of cauliflower in baking dish, Rub butter on top. Brush on mustard. Now cover with cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly.
