Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl in microwave on 50% power for 2 min. stir and let sit 1 min. Stir again. If not quite melted, microwave again for 30 sec at 50% power. Use teaspoon and coat muffin cup. Refrigerate.
Combine peanut butter, icing sugar and salt. Microwave on full power 1 minute and spoon into muffin cups. Let harden in freezer.
Remelt remaining chocolate and top off muffin cups.
