     Carmel Nut Crunch

Ingredients
8 C Popped Corn
1 C Pecan halves
1 C slivered almonds
1 1/3 C Sugar
1 C butter
1/2 C light Corn Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Butter roasting pan and heat in oven at 225 while preparing surgar dmixture
Put sugar, margarine, lt. syrup in medium saucepan. Heat till 280 or light carmel color. Remove from heat add vanilla....guessing 1 tsp.
Pour sugar mixture over corn and nuts. Mix till coated. Pour out of pan after it is cool and break up the chunks with fork.
