     Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients
pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
Salt
pepper
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
 

Instructions
Season the pork chops with Salt and pepper. Heat skillt on medium. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove porkchops from the pan. Stir cream of mushroom soup and milk together with a wisk. Add pork chops back to pan into soup mixture.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover pork chops in skillet and bake 45 minutes or until done.
Make roux with the flour and butter. Remove the pork chops from pan and set aside. Add as much rush to soup mixture to for a desired thickness to gravy. Reseason with salt and pepper.
Serve pork chops topped with gravy.
