In a saucepan over a hot tin can stove,melt the butter.stir in the flour and heat until bubbly. Add cheese,onion,ands soup,stirring to mix well. cook until heated through,stirring occasionally. serve over toast in a bowl.sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
