Pour milk on cubed French bread & let is soak in -----
Add remaining ingredients to mixture -----
Hand mix until blended evenly -----
Pour mixture into 9X13 pan -----
Bake until toothpick comes out clean (1 to 1-1/2 hrs)
TOPPING --- Melt butter in small sauce pan. -----
Add brandy, sugar, and vanilla. -----
Pour warm sauce over individual pieces when serving.
