Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 24 cup muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk flour and baking powder. whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in cheese and meat; let stand for 10 minutes.
stir the batter and divide. Put into muffin cups and bake 20-25 min.
Meanwhile, microwave the sauce and stir in 1 tb basil. serve puffs with remaining sauce. Garnish with leftover basil.
