     Deep-Dish Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Pillsbury ready to use pie crusts
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Cook chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until melted. Stir in flour until well blended. Add broth and vegetables; stir. Simmer 5 minutes.
Line 10-inch deep dish pie plate with one pie crust. Pour chicken mixture on top. Cover with second pir crust. Seal and flute. Cut slits into crust to permit steam to escape.
Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
