4 T. flour
shake of salt
shake of vinegar
pinch of baking soda
Heaped desert spoon of baking powder
 
Instructions
Mix above ingredients with enough cold water to make thick batter. Coat your fish & fry as always.
Optional ingredients; fish spice or curry powder.
