Heat ½ a stick of butter and some oil
Rai, geero, kasuri methi, methi seeds, limbro leaves – let it pop
Add a small finely chopped onion, and a little garlic , cothmir nu marcha, red chili powder and a little harder and salt to taste.
Saute.
Add some tandoori paste (maybe 1 to 2 tbs depending on which one you have and your liking for that taste) and a little tomato puree – cook.
Add boneless chicken cubes – cook 20-30 mins.
Once it has cooled slightly add fresh whipping cream or 1 can Nestle cream, cook on low heat.
