Mix 2- 8oz bars of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup sour cream.
Put mix into bowl or 9x13 pan fold clean grapes into mix. Then in separate bowl mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1- 8oz. pkg of Heath Bars crumbed. Sprinkle on top of grape mixture. Refrigerate.
