     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Sugar
1 - 8oz PHL Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Parkay Margarine
4 eggs
1 16oz. can of pumpkin
3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves

Instructions
Combine sugar, cream cheese, and margarine mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, on at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin. Add in combined dry ingredients mixing just until moistened.
pour into two greased & floured 9x5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour until wooden tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
