2 1/2 lbs pork butt, cut in chunks

2 T oil

2 4oz can diced green chilies

2 cloves garlic minced

1 medium onion chopped

2 can stewed tomatoes

2 t mexican seasoning

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Brown meat in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on medium, uncovered 1-2 hours or until tender.

Serve with warm tortillas and shredded cheese.

May use Mexican stewed tomatoes, adjust seasonings accordingly.
