3 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds, plus extra for sprinkling
2-3 tbsp clear honey
juice of 2 large oranges
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Roughly chop the tofu, then hull and roughly chop
the strawberries. Reserve a few strawberries
chunks.
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food
processor and blend until completely smooth,
scraping the mixture down from the side of the bowl
if necessary.
Pour into tumblers and sprinkle with extra seeds and
strawberry chunks.
Serving
Suggestions
Almost any other fruit can be used instead of the strawberries, such as mangoes, bananas, peaches, plums and raspberries.
