     Reduced Calorie Shells Florentine

Ingredients
Barilla Shells (32)
1 pkg. Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese - grated
8 oz tub Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup steamed fresh spinach- chopped fine
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
 

Instructions
Boil pasta for 10 minutes and drain. Mix 3/4 of mozzarella cheese with skim ricotta cheese.
In a microwave, steam fresh spinach for 1 minute. Drain, blot with paper towel, then chop into small pieces and add to cheese mixture.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each shell and arrange on sheet pan. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake on 350 15-20 minutes to heat through.
