1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together both flours,m baking powder, and
salt. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs
one at a time. Beat in vanilla extract. Add flour
mixture in three batches, alternating with two
additions of milk. Fold in blueberries.
Bake about 25 minutes and top with whipped cream.
