     Chicken Hikka

Ingredients
1 package chicken thighs
1 stick butter
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup Marsala or white wine
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
5 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon ginger
 

Instructions
Wash and pat chicken pieces dry. Flour the chicken pieces.
Melt the butter in pan and brown chicken. Add garlic and soy sauce.
Cover and cook 1/2 hour, turning a few times. Add the sugar and wine, stir. Add mushrooms.
Simmer until the chicken is done, and the sauce is the consistency you want it. Add green onions and serve.
