Cook burger meat (salted and peppered) and strain. Add 1 can enchilada sauce to meat.

|
Make plate or shallow bowl with enchilada sauce on it. Fry corn tortillas, then dip both sides in the sauce.

|
|
Stuff tortillas with meat (onions optional) and roll up. Place side by side in oven safe pan.
|
|
|
After all enchiladas are rolled, top with remaining meat and/or sauce and then with grated cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
