     Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 parsley flakes
2 T. soy sauce
1 small onion, minced
1-16 oz. jellied cranberry sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 eggs
1/4 t. pepper
 
1/3 c. ketchup
1-12 oz. jar chili sauce
1 t. lemon juice

Instructions
Mix ground beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper. onion and ketchup. Shape into small balls and place in a 13 inch baking dish. Cook chili sauce, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and lemon juice in a pan until smooth, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Freeze well.
Serving Suggestions
Consider browning meat balls on broiler pan under broiler to eliminate too much fat from meat into sauce. Or use sauce over pkg. meatballs
