Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. Pork Steak, cut into cubes
1- number 303 can tomatoes
1-number 2-1/2 can Hominy
1 medium onion, cut fine
1 can diced green chilies
 

Instructions
Cut pork in small pieces, salt, pepper and flour it. Brown in small amount of fat with one button of garlic. Pour juice of hominy into pork mixture and cook until almost done. Add hominy, tomatoes, green chilies and cook 30 minutes. It will be thick.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over noodles or rice
