In a medium bow mix flour, sugar, salt and, baking powder. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk flour mixture in to banana mixture until smooth.
Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

You can also toss in some blueberries to make banana blueberry pancakes.
