cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine next 3 ingr. and add chicken to coat. Set aside 30 minutes.
Heat oil over med-high heat. Add chicken. cook 8 minutes. Add next 5 ingr. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. combine vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and gradually stir into a boil stock. Add tomato, salt and pepper. cook 5 minutes. Serve over Rice.
