Warm milk on stove until it just begins to bubble, then remove
from heat and add raisins and butter. Set aside to cool and plump
the raisins.

Activate yeast by mixing with the warm water and sugar and setting
aside for about 10 minutes.

Mix the two together with the rest of the ingredients and then
slowly incorporate the flour. Knead and then let double in greased,
covered bowl.

|
Roll out to a flat rectangle shape, pour on the 2 tsp of milk and
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and put in greased loaf
tin to double.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
