Roll out the rolls. Onton each roll put a little bit of chicken (and mushrooms if you want) and roll up the rolls. Place them in the backing dish in a single layer. In a small bowl mix the soups and milk. Pour this over the rolls. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes, until the rolls look done. If you bump it up to 375, they get a little more done. Makes 12 chicken rollups.
