1 10 oz can chili with beans (without for Megan & Sid)
10-15 oz enchilada sauce (Rosarita)
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Topping-
2 c Doritos
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Crumble 6 cups Doritos with your hands in large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the main ingredients. Stir with a rubber spatula to combine. Place mixture in an 8 1/2 x 11 baking dish. Bale for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread sour cream over the top, with a spoon or rubber spatula. Top with remaining Doritos and cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes and serve.
I added 1 lb of ground beef one time and also used the Mexican blend shredded cheese.
Megan and Sid don't like beans, so I make it without beans sometimes.
