Put cake mix ingredients together and mix well, just like any other cake. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes or until done.
For the glaze, mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat and stir on low until the sugar is melted.
When the cake is done, poke holes in the cake with a fork all over. Pour all the glaze onto the cake. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
