In a medium sauce pan heat hot sauce and butter on low heat and stir until blended. I put batch of shrimp in a metal strainer and dunk them in the sauce a couple of times. Let the shrimp drain slightly. Throw them on a pre-lit/hot grill and sprinkle with season pepper and old bay. Flip repeat. It only takes about 5 minutes to cook normal size shrimp on the grill. So it only takes a minute or two for each side.
