1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped or Sunday toffee chips
Fresh apples, cored and cut into wedges
Instructions
Put cream cheese, brown sugar and sugar into a bowl
and beat together. Add vanilla. Mix in chopped
peanuts (or toffee chips) and served with freshly sliced apples.
