Simmer apricots in broth for a couple min. and remove.
Toss chicken with flour and saute about 5 min. on high. Add onion and reduce heat to medium, cooking until onions are very tender, about 10 min. Add cinnamon and honey and stir until well coated.
Stir in apricots, broth and almonds.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 min.

Serve over couscous.
