     Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T onions finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 jar pimento chopped
3 each boiled egs
 
2/3 cup potato chips crushed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 13X 9-inch baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the chips. Place mixture in a casserole dish. Spread the crushed potato chips on top and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
