 special bacon from almanac

 fresh tomatoes

 scrambled eggs

 buttered toast
 
Instructions
No special skills or preparation necessary. Fry bacon until crisp and keep warm until serving
Slice fresh tomatoes and arrange on platter. Julienne basil and sprinkle over tomatoes.
Scramble and saute eggs. Add feta or other favorite cheese if desired.
Toast today was wholewheat sandwich bread from metropolitan bakery, toasted, buttered and served with jam.
