     RUSSIAN TEA

Ingredients
1 tsp whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
3 Quarts water
2 1/2 tbsp. BLACK TEA
juice of 3 oranges
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 Cup sugar
 
Instructions
Tie spices in cheesecloth bag and bring to a boil in water. Add tied loosely in bag. Steep for 5 minutes.
Remove bags. Heat fruit juices and sugar. Add to the tea.
This can be made ahead of time, but do NOT boil when re ~ heating.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 25 Cups of tea
