2 c. flour
|
| |
1/2 c. pwd sugar
|
| |
2 sticks butter, softened
|
| |
4 eggs
|

2 c. sugar
|
| |
5 T. lemon juice
|
| |
dash of salt
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Mix flour and pwd sugar and blend in butter.
Pat evenly in 13x9.
Bake at 350 for 20 min.
|

|
Mix eggs and sugar until well blended.
Mix in lemon juice and salt and pour over baked crust.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Cool completely.
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle with pwd sugar.
