Slow boil berries and maple syrup in small sauce pan for 3 or 4 minutes. Take off heat and let cool a little.
Blend or pulse just to mix..
Strain through small strainer to remove seeds.
Add lemon juice and zest...
This is good on top of cheese cake, cottage cheese, ice cream, pancakes...Will save in the fridge for weeks if it lasts that long.
