     Glen Sanders Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups half anf half
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoonful vanilla
1 loaf Brioche cubed
1 teaspoonful salt
 

Instructions
Mix sugar and eggs- whisk. Add cream, 1/2 and 1/2, vanilla and salt
Put bread in a 8 x 11 baking dish. Pour custard over. Add additional ingredients- depending on preference- Marshmallow, chocolate chips, etc.
Let soak for 20-30 minutes. Cover with Paper and foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center of pudding is set.
