Ingredients |

2 cups half anf half
|
|
3 cups heavy cream
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
4 eggs
|
|
1 tablespoonful vanilla
|
|
1 loaf Brioche cubed
|
|
1 teaspoonful salt
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix sugar and eggs- whisk.
Add cream, 1/2 and 1/2, vanilla and salt
|
|
|
Put bread in a 8 x 11 baking dish.
Pour custard over.
Add additional ingredients- depending on
preference- Marshmallow, chocolate chips, etc.
|
|
|
Let soak for 20-30 minutes.
Cover with Paper and foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until
center of pudding is set.
