Heat butter and oil...Add chicken breasts and cook until brown on both sides...Remove chicken to board..Top with slice of mozzerella and 1 anchovy..Return chicken to skillet...Sprinkle with parsley...Cook covered over low heat until cheese melts. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm..Add garlic to drippings in pan..Saute 30 seconds...Stir in marsala and cook and stir about 45 seconds. Stir in cream...Cook and stir until thickened about 3 min. Stir in pinch of salt and pepper...Spoon over chicken
