1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix (very important, this kind)
1 8 oz can water chesnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix all together. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
too blend flavors. Stir again before serving. I read someplace to add
a ranch dressing pkt and another cup of sour cream. Haven't tried that
yet.
Never paid attention before but the last package I used said to cook
spinach and cool it. It actually did taste better. 6/17/2013.
