Microwave chocolate and butter for 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir after every 30 sec. so the it doesn't burn.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Beat in remaining ingredients until well blended and smooth.

|
|
If necessary, let stand until it reaches spreading consistency, stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk by teas. fulls.
Makes enough to frost 1 13x9 or 2-9 inch layers.
