Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan, set aside. For the brownie base- Melt the butter and add everything else, mix well, pour in pan. For the cream cheese layer- Mix cream cheese, butter and cornstarch. Gradually add the Eagle brand, mixing well then the eggs and vanilla. Pour over brownie layer. Bake 35-40 minutes
