Place cupcake liners in a 12 count muffin tin. Place 1 vanilla wafer flat side down in each. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and extract, beat well. Divide evenly. Put 1 mini peanut butter cup in each. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, let cool 15 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
