4 large potates
|

1 small onion
|

1 can cream of mushroom
|
|
1/2 - 1 can milk
|
|
1 small jar cheez whiz
|
|
salt, pepper, paprike, parsley & oregano (to taste)

Instructions |

|
Peel potatoes and slice 1/4 inch thick. Slice onion. Pareboil.
Drain.
|
|
|
Mix other ingredients on stove until cheese melts. Add seasonings to
taste.
|
|
|
Put potatoes in casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Bake 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
