Preheat oven to 450. Generously grease muffin pan cups, glass custard cups, or cast iron popover pan
|

|
In mixing bowl beat eggs and combine with milk. Mix and sift flour and salt together. Add dry ingredients to liquids. Beat Well.

|
Heat pans 3 minutes in oven. Pour batter into preheated cups, filling half full.
|
|
|
Bake on lowest shelf of oven at 450 for 15 minutes reduce temperature to 350 and bake 20 more minutes. Do Not Open Door During Baking
